
一、基本信息
张少敏,女,博士,河北保定市人,华北电力大学计算机系教授。1965年11月出生,毕业于西安电子科技大学计算机应用专业,工学博士。参加工作以来,先后参加了SH-200终端机、PC/T机(个人计算机/终端机)、JD-400CE单色显示器、微机远动装置、企业办公自动化系统等项目的开发、设计、研究工作。主持了省级科研基金项目、河北省精品课程、华北电力大学教改基金多项,主持了横向科技项目多项。主编国家级“十一五”规划教材《数字逻辑与数字系统设计》、共同主编国家级“十一五”规划教材《接口与通信》。在国内外重要学术刊物上发表学术论文100余篇,其中被SCI收录20多篇,EI收录50多篇。指导研究生已毕业100多人。2026年5月入职beat365唯一官方网站,银龄教师。
